- Police Clearance – Ensure it’s current and valid.
- Resume & Cover Letter – Tailored to FIFO roles with relevant keywords.
- High-Vis Workwear – Check PPE requirements (most companies provide some gear).
- Work Boots (Steel Cap) – Must meet site safety standards.
- Vaccination Records – Especially for remote or company-regulated sites.
- Medical & Drug Test Clearance – Organised once shortlisted but good to be aware of.
Travel and Roster Preparation
- Valid Photo ID (Passport or Driver’s Licence)
- Booked Flights or Transit Info (if self-arranged)
